I have been over 30 years experience as a personal trainer, so I am acutely aware of what works and what does not. There is no time wasted taking you through the latest fad (and there are many of them out there). The foundation of my personal training practice is in getting individuals from all starting points into the best shape of their lives - from the beginner with little strength training background, to the advanced; from the young athlete wanting a stronger core, to the elderly individual wanting increased strength and balance; from the individual wanting to reduce or completely rid self of medication for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, unstable blood sugar levels, or pain.
